Symptom pattern check

This check helps you notice whether your symptoms fit a pattern commonly discussed during perimenopause or menopause. It does not diagnose the cause of your symptoms, confirm your menopausal stage, or replace a clinical assessment.

Think about the last 3 months, not just the last difficult week.

What this check can and cannot do

The check groups answers into educational symptom patterns. It can help you notice what to read next and what to bring to a visit, but it cannot diagnose perimenopause or menopause, rule out other causes, or choose treatment for you.

Your result is a starting point

A higher score means a stronger symptom burden or a more familiar menopause-transition pattern. It still needs context: age, period history, contraception, medicines, stress, sleep, and other health conditions can all change the picture.

Red flags bypass the score

Bleeding after 12 months without periods, bleeding that is clearly changed or much heavier, frequent urination with stinging, or menopause-type symptoms before 40 with absent or very infrequent periods should be checked rather than interpreted through the quiz.
